Oh God
I have one life and countless dreams in it
I know all my dreams are fallacious
they will never be true making me phobic
I also know that If I dream you
that dream too will never be true as well
yet I acknowledge that I am not terrified
while not triumphing you
since reminiscing you itself
even in a dream is my attainment
Oh God...
I have one life and countless dreams in it
I know all my dreams are fallacious
they will never be true making me phobic
I also know that If I dream you
that dream too will never be true as well
yet I acknowledge that I am not terrified
while not triumphing you
since reminiscing you itself
even in a dream is my attainment
Oh God...
Author notes
Based on a quote..
Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than suffering itself. And that no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams, because every second of the search is a second's encounter with God and with eternity.

"since reminiscing you itself
even in a dream is my attainment..." This is so new to me...but I've read it again and again...and I liked it...a new look on spirituality and on the highest level of having faith in God...thank you for sharing this awesome piece...

One life, one of many human limitations lingering with many hopes and pleas...the outcry upon waking from a dream. Reflective write here...thank you for your entry.

"I also know that If I dream you
that dream too will never be true as well"
Well done my friend!

I love the surety in this write of the existence of God; whether you dream Him or not has no bearing on His existence. "I am not terrified...since reminiscing you...is my attainment"...these are the most perfect lines here writtten, in my opinion, they "Tell Your Heart" beautifully, Poet. Peace and best of luck in the contest. Rhonda

Oh I knwo this voice and udnerstand the culture behind it...it is true that we can not begin to be perfect here, to think we coudl be is a greater sin than all... and so we struggle..wishing just to be better, to be humble enough to have him ntoice.

This is wonderful! The quote and the poem really hit home. So true how much I fear suffering of things that may happen but probably never will. And, the many dreams I have in my head that I have yet to attain, and knowing I may never attain some of them, but I keep asking "what is my purpose? show me the way!"
