And how pretty they look when you wear your favorite jacket.
The one who notices the little things you like,
Only to have my birthday forgotten.

I'm the kind of person who apologizes for looking once at you through the eyes of a man,
The one who wishes he could only see you only through the eyes of a friend,
And asks forgiveness with a true heart.
The one who values your purity and innocence,
