See that girl, smiling with her friends
As she whispers in their ears...
Things that don't make sense
She screams out all that nonsense
Those jokes, and funny lines
Just so she covers up
Who she is inside
And those few moments alone
She has, each day
She thinks about her love
That walked away
She's hurt inside
She feels she's not pretty enough
And she just, looks forward
Closes her eyes
Memories flash out infront of her
Believing she has no point to exist
She wants to let go, but for some reason
She's holding on tight
And she'll stare at her reflection
In that mirror
Look at disgust, at her face
Her body...
She's too skinny, too many scars
Too pale, her eyes are too big
Her boobs aren't big enough
And her legs are too long
She looks to awkward
And everyday she hears the lies
That she's pretty
She feels like a failure
For not wanting to go to college
She's not what her mom wants her to be
And she isn't going anywhere
Just write, paint be happy
Live in a small apartment, alone
In love... Maybe
That's what she wants
No one understands
So for all the pain she's caused herself
Caused others, and the happines she sometimes feel
She doesn't want this to be her life
So she pukes just to make it so she hates herself
Just to cry, just to realise who she is
And she pops all those pills, just to forget
Who her first love was
And why she still cries
But she reads every note
That they had written her
Just so she can cry
Just so she can remember
And realise you did love her

It could be better, but I like it how it is. If I change it anymore it won't be the same poem, tell me what you think.
