Beginning to dread a coming end,
her valor breathed it's wilting sigh
as the flowers gasp in bitter winters,
with the gentlest lullaby of frost;
such is a soul's sensuallity sweet,
that nearing wisdom's bliss,
whence the kiss just falters,
the heart embraces a reality
as a cocooned thought bared,
the wilting is not just for roses
but the petals of the eye,
too must close.
Such that doom becomes a beginning,
and the philosophies of life,
are discarded fragements;
and the wonders of death,
become an enticing and luring
intoxication --

this was a very powerful write dear one... I enjoyed it immensely.... one line gets in my way though... the 4th verse... I would leave out the for in second line... it flows and works better that way... so the line would read...'the wilting is not just for the roses.... but the petals of the eye too must close.... anyhoo... peace and good inking!...desi
