So many moments have gone
Drifted away life a leaf
Fallen into an endless river
Getting lost in a confused path
So many times I wish to relive
The moments I’ve wasted with smiles
Simple smiles, engulfed with fear
Of losing a precious friendship
So many nights I’ve gone to bed
Unable to sleep with a broken heart
Filled with regret in empty spaces
Wishing hard I could travel back
These moments are like each tear
That unfortunately falls into the sea
Hence getting lost, impossible to retrieve
It would be a miracle, in the hands of god
So many times I’ve stood before you
Blabbering purely nonsense
Unable to open up my heart and say “I love you”
If only I could…

This is a very nice write. I personally think the imagry could be better, but it is only my own opinion. Again, punctuation may help keep the reader focused on some parts. However, the poems written very well. I love the way it is phrased, it adds such power to the poem!
