Into the light
Glittering bold
Shimmering bright
Follow the Lady
Touch of Midas
Turning the hearts
To gold beside us
Follow the Piper
Whispering tune
Queen of the May
And the Sun and Moon
Follow the Reason
Shining through holes
Making our shadows
Taller than souls
Follow the Stairway
Into the thunder
Leads us to question
And it makes me wonder...

For a contest of a picture of stairs leading to light, the first thought I had when I saw the picture was of a certain song... So I wrote about that

I believe your words and the thoughts that provoked them do the image justice. While gravity and depressions of all sorts try to bring us down we continue to struggle upward towards The Light. None of us may arrive at our destiny unscarred, but refusing to climb the stairway will result in injuries much worse. Keep climbing my friend!
