lips pulled back
teeth shining in the dim light
screaming screaming
letmeoutletmeoutletmeout
throat raw from those words I left unspoken
head ringing from those things I never did
regret burns like the oven left on too long
simmering down there in the region of my stomach
guts twisted into knots from your lies lies lies
shut your mouth, boy
before I do something we'll both regret
