One cool December morning.
There was a star with a light beyond compare.
Where two weary strangers had stopped at a haven.
The night before and waited for what was to be.
The gentleman and the young maiden,
Resting for the night, as a baby was coming..
Tired and weary from the traveling were they.
With not a soul to help with the delivery.
A young Mother waited and prayed.
"Please help me Lord in my time of need."
The Glory of the Lord shown all around them that night.
As there were shepherds and three strangers who left gifts.
From this humble beginning a Child grew.
To be Our Savior, and comes to us in time of need.
He is ours for the asking, and ours for the taking.
What more do we need, or ask for.
Amen.
