Around hope
And expectancy
She waits
She listens
Will they come?
Will they love?
Or have they shut her out?
She waits
Hanging onto hope
She listens
Expectantly
But all she hears
Are
LOUD
walls
of

    Amazing how silence can be so loud! Sometimes louder than sound. Nice use of capitalizaion and italics. Thank you for entering my contest. Much appreciated and I enjoyed reading the poem
