Hello Richard, thanks for taking time out to post these answers for my contest. I enjoyed reading them.So you research the old west? That sounds like a really cool hobby. Exactly what do you do? learn about the famous people, towns or just a bit about everything?

      My Favorite Author

Louis L'amour, researched throughly every place, historical fact etc about his western writings. Having read him since the age of 13, I began a lifelong pursuit of reading, learning about and pursuing the mystique of the old west.

It has bleed over into the art in my house, the decorating theme as well in the common areas.

I welcome every chance to walk the trails or locations famous and not famous in the west. Never passing a historical roadside marker without stopping. There by knowing i it is a place I will return to one day for further study.

My favorite activity is walking and looking over old mines and ghost towns.
