Very powerful spell. I rather enjoyed this.
CONS:
- Last line would sound more powerful if it was presented with an exclamation at the end of it.
"Lo! Behold the witch's dance!"
-not every word at the beginning of a line needs to be capitalized, but I won't discredit you for it.

This was my favorite. The rhyme is perfect in its flow. This should hold up well in contests, and I think you will look back on this with satisfaction and pride.
