With every step I make,
I find my vision
a bit better.
At my first step,
there were stairs between
me and her,
almost about a hundred.
At my second step,
there were stairs between
me and her,
almost about a double.
Immaterial of how hard I try,
to reduce the distances,
they will grow larger
and more of them will be seen
with every step I make,
I find my vision
a bit better.
(
There is an endless chain-
my eyes with my steps learns
to see more stairs, but,
even the Sun will visit the seas.
)
Author notes
The bracket section is not the part of the poem, just adds a little more to it and is bit of a personal.
