I am the Hero

Why am I here?
I know who I am!

I know my place...

I am out on a limb and it cracks from beneath me...

I am the faller from the building but i chose to jump...
i felt I could live with the consequence...

The limb snaps
I crash and the world comes tumbling down behind me...
along with the doubt of ever being recognized
by true society...

I see me as the writer...
and the world as the reader...

Listen to me from here on out...
because the next time I climb...
I will not fall...

The limbs will snap but this time
I shall spread my wings and let the
breeze of significance carry me through my life.
For I am a hero
