Wise Sage

I observe the beauty that surrounds me
The flowers, trees, the humming bee
I am enchanted by the nostalgia one gets from different smells
Inspiration is that wonderful feeling, when you hear cathedral bells
The three senses, eye, nose and ear
Observe, smell and hear
Experience comes with time, and time is maturity
Like the tree of knowledge, in all its simplicity
It's the fruit of wisdom, it's a valuable asset
It helps one to teach those willing to accept
Lifes challenges each and every day
Young children at school, adults at play
Time is the essence to fulfill ones dreams of hope
That we live our lives sensibly, learning how to cope
With the stresses of life which is sometimes hard to bear
And the experiences you have had, when one sheds a tear
Look around, and admire Gods wonderful earth
Take in all three senses, observe a child at birth
Miracles happen every day, observe the butterflys wings
Listen, when the lark sings.
All of these were given free, from God above
While He himself surrounds you with love

Very directly conveyed feelings. It read even as a story, a nicely wrapped idea here!

    Beautiful

This poem shows you have a great respect for creation and the many blessings our heavenly father bestows upon us. Life can indeed seem so very difficult to bear sometimes, however, even at those times, we still have the comfort of knowing what the scriptures say, we know without a doubt the reaching arm of our heavenly father will always sustain us, will give us the necessary strength in order for us to bear whatever we are facing in any particular situation. Blessings come in many ways, our family, friends, creation in all its different seasons... the beauty of fresh blossom after rain is such a blessing, one I always look forward to, along with the dawn chorus when the mornings begin to lengthen.

Thank you poet for sharing your beautiful words with us.
