Desire to listen,
I'm screaming to hear

Convincingly spoken,
So just, so sincere

Belief in facades
proven blatantly sheer

Strength, insight and knowledge
dulled, year after year

We wade through these smoke screens
Will they ever be clear?

These disposable friendships
leave so much to fear.
