I couldn't beleive it
When they told me
No that couldn't be
It couldn't be true
She was there a day ago
Laughing and talking with me
But their faces
They told me
It was no joke
She was gone
Gone forever,never to return
Ohhhhhhhh
It was as if
A grey hand had gone
over me
I could not feel
I could just not get it
How could she go away from me?
She had to be there
With me
How could I live without her?
How could I live a life
When she was not there
And now
When a year has passed
Thoughts about her haunt me
And they will
FOREVER!

Good poem but I'm afraid it won't do for my contest. I don't want sad stuff, as I clearly state in the rules. Sorry.

Very well done. Your emotions are strong and you can feel the grief. Great job.
