Roads of Mystery

Caught up in situations that I can't seem to control
I want power, but man, this wheel is too hard for me to hold
I can't stay fousced and I seem to be going in circles over and over again
I don't know which way is up or down
This road I'm travelling seems to have no end
Warning signs lie ahead telling me to decrease my speed, but I choose not to listen
I choose not to heed
I wish that everything was smooth and that the road ahead had no spikes
I wish that everything occured perfectly and happend the way I would like
Times are sometimes hard when you can't see what's ahead of the curve
And it's hard to hold on to that wheel, especially when you begin to swerve
Realizing that I couldn't hanlde this on my own was a serious wake up call
But I knew that God would be there
When I didn't have the strength to stand tall

Please Tell me what you think I want feedback

    I can identify!

Think maybe you do what I do often..just zipping out the tunes or poems excitedly in the moment & don't take enuf time to proof read & edit. Nice job..however: Times are sometimes hard when you can't[see] what's ahead of that[the] curve
{And} It's hard to hold the wheel, espically [especially] when you begin to swerve/[Realizing that I couldn't hanlde[handle] this on my own was a serious wake up call] perhaps would be a better read if: Can't handle this on my own ~ serious wake up call. I know He'll be there though I've not the strength to stand tall! Something that I noted about my writing which is really 'cause I'm rushing is that I'm too wordy when a 'lil twist in the expression will tighten up the phrasing making the thought more intense! Hope you like the editorial comments...we can all be so touchy about our work!
