Do your duty

On the earth, all living, non-living,
Their own duty, forever they are doing.
Each small leaf, scorched by the heat,
Gives us a shady and cosy seat.

The sun smiles all day, shining so bright
And the silvery moon glistens at night.
We consider useless the twig so small,
Yet it kindles itself to warm us all.

You're humans with wit and strength
Of youre duties have you thought at length...
If you dont mind, just think it over
Haven't you forgotten your duties forever?

Don't you feel obliged to Mother Earth?
Or to the nation where you've taken birth....
How selfish you're have you ever thought
For the nation have you ever fought?

The nation of which a citizen you're...
Spred its name as wide as far..
To the nation your duties you must fulfill...
Then do whatever that you may will.

Please tell me what you think
