We've grown up together
Even though we're not the same
Our parents looked past us
And we became the best of friends
Cows normally don't hang with cute penguins like you
But see, you and me...
We're different than the rest.
We can see past the labels
We can see everything underneath
And that's why I'll always be your cow
And you'll always be my penguin!

Wrote this based on the picture of the two stuffed animals, a cow and a penguin... but it has a little bit of reference towards one of my friendships...

I've been reading a lot of penguin poems on AllPoetry (don't ask why, lol) and this is the first serious one I've come across, so congratulations on that.
