Behind
Golden ribbons
There are stories
Untold of what Christmas
does truly hold. The story
of a baby boy, who grew up to
Bring the world intimate joy. Behind
Golden ribbons there are gifts wrapped
With love. But the greatest love of Christmas
comes from above. A flickering light shows the way
Of where the baby Jesus on this night did lay. Light of
The world shown down into the dark, humbly came to give
Now for You we shall live, So thank you for Christmas and the
Wonderful
Memory
Savior

Well done on the shape, although the splitting of many lines can make it a little hard to follow the rythm. Thanks for the entry.

What a wonderful job you have done with this shape poem. I love the way that the rhymes fall in the middle of the tree, almost like twinkling lights, and how your poem flows so well from start to finish. There is also a marvelous message contained within. Best of luck in my contest, and thanks for entering this delightful piece.
