Jasmine

This is a tribute to my granddaughter, Jasmine - to see her, visit Tawk.
She is beautiful and smart - a joy in every way!
**************************************************

Where does my heart live?
It lives in a little girl
who lives a lifetime away.

My sweet Jasmine
has a pocket in my heart,
where she will always stay.

She drew me a picture
of myself with big eyes.
and a head that is a balloon...

Christmas make me wish
I could hold and kiss her,
but it will not be very soon.

She pulled me from a dark
brink where my mind did dwell.
How much I love her words can't tell.

Merry Christmas, Jasmine,
queen of my heart for evermore.
I'm with you in my dreams.

When I think of you,
when I long to see your face,
Maryland is not so far it seems.
