My Reverie On the Pointless Contemplation of Unanswerable Questions

My Reverie On the Pointless Contemplation of Unanswerable Questions

Questions DO beset us.
Not all answers can be found.
Some things we’re just not meant to know
though opinions abound.

Maybe our time is not best spent
in pondering the unknown.
But we WILL wonder on and on
till breath itself is gone.

Author notes

I write very little rhyming poetry. I'm guessing that's okay since you didn't ask for poetry.

Well, OK. I see your point and I think you’re probably right. It feels like a Non sequitur - like an ‘out of the blue’ thing. But I do see your point.
