Glittery Compassion

Glittery Compassion

The equality that is intrinsic
Is missing from the world.

Racism...die! And from its ashes form
A steely love! Impossible to break.
A glittery compassion rise up.

One day, a gray baby will be born,
And we can put this racism to rest.

The broken heart of a hard working Mexican
Is heated by bigotry, and turned gooey.
We should embrace differences instead

Of destroying hope for normalcy
And of a happy life.

Black and white people, and
Mexicans and Asians live in harmony.
Glittery compassion rise up.

Cheers; here's to all the
"Technicolor dreams."

Author notes

I was listening to Black And White People (by Matchbox Twenty).
