Promise Of Peace

Mirrored etchings from nature's tapestry, as promised, when lips whispered "you shall see"

On proffered arms comes glowing light, subtly nudging quiet sea, leaving imprint of earth's sky in all it's glory

Warmth of breath settling on monolithic pieces, each sentinel, vivid, standing eternal.

Blue cumulus swathes mingle the gold,
woven through time.

Quiet moments as breath subsides,
settles as feather down, succumbs to peace.

The poem is a tapestry and though brief it is definitely not incomplete. Wonderful write. Congrats on the HM...
