I think love is like energy. Energy is never lost but merely changes into a different kind of energy and love does the same. It evolves into something else but it is always there is one form or another and I think your poem shows this when it says that winter sings a different song but love is clothed in the colours of autumn. Lovely sentiments you have going on here
