heaven
no more hatred
sorrows are passed away
death's but a distant memory
peaceful
peaceful
no more anger
hurtful words forgotten
from all this we shall be taken
away
away
soon I shall rise
lifted up in the clouds
to meet my Lord up in the air
risen
risen
to a new life
never to hurt again
the former things are passed away
reborn
reborn
God's grace given
a gift I did not earn
that He should give me a place in
heaven

I like this very much, I have never saw this variation before. And I like where it leads the reader to, thoughts of what will one day be. Very well done, thank you for this cinquain loop of peace.
