ThoughtFul Christmas

To see without seeing
To hear without hearing
To breath without breathing
To give and not be given

Christmas time is a magical time
Blessed by those who believe, and those who don't
Every year we buy our gifts for those we love
Some even thinking that we do it for no cause
But every gift has a story, but not every story has a gift

They say it Is the thought that counts
It is absolutely true
For some they wish only to be with the person they care most about
They need no gift, cause that gift is you

So Merry Christmas, and a happy new year
Go to sleep now and dream happy dreams
Wake up and see all the presents that Santa brought
And love the gifts that your loved ones got
But in the end of the day, the long loving day that is Christmas
Remember they didn't need that gift, all they needed was you.

    This is not technically very good ...

    but the idea is great. I would like to see a little editing done on it, but I think you have a good premise, and you've managed to express it well.
