Flowing through my mind,
All of their kind,
“I’m addressing my thoughts”
When flow is gentle,
Everything is humble;
If it gets violent,
Causes a rampant.
“I’m talking of my thoughts”
Don’t know where they belong,
But are always along;
Don’t know when they will end,
Never leaving my head.
“I’m thinking of my thoughts”
For the control of them,
I’ve constructed a dam;
When it overflows the construction,
Is what I define ‘frustration’
Neither ever let it stop,
Or else its curtains for your talent shop.
“I’m concerned about my thoughts”
so let them flow at a gentle pace,
& you will be the winner of every race.
“I’ll take good care of my thoughts”

I like the way you have the last line in each stanza, although I'm not really sure how this is supposed to make me feel good...thanks for taking the time to enter.
