Limbo is a stick we belly up under,
not a place for babies, gone too soon, to float in,
and purgatory is more like going through a divorce
or facing the fate of cancer diagnosed,
not a location between heaven and hell,
at least not in any bible I've ever read.

You have composed a great entry for the contest. Your talent is amazing my dear. The imagery is so good in this piece. I enjoyed it a lot.

limbo and purgatory, and presto, you set mi head spinning. the waiting aye, i could no picture a giant waiting room for sould awayinitng judgement, but... as one whom 'as spent endless time in waiting rooms, and wi' a life robbibg disease, i can say yes, that that waiting is what i would deem as purgatory.. as for the wee babes, well, ye reach into mi head ye ken, and pull out the thoughts there and mash them into words.

Well, this is one I had not thought about. Well done. It raises a question I have never been able to fathom.
Well wishes in the contest.
Thank you for sharing.
