a strong will.
It has got me through many hard times,
It’s kept me going.
Going somewhere i don’t even know.
don’t know where this path takes me,
don’t know why I’m taking it.
Just my strong will,
leading me there.
It hurt,
It hurt so badly,
I cried every night.
You gave me the choice.
you said, I could come home,
leave the pain behind.
You seen how bad it was,
you found me
half dead.
You were afraid
i might not make it through.
I chose to finish what was started,
It was such misery.
Yet, something was motivating me,
helping me up
leading me forward,
What I was striving for,
I do not know,
I was to go that path,
to this day,
I don’t know why.
(Completed. #1):
I’m drowning!
Ocean surrounds me,
no land in sight!
All the others that were with me
have long disappeared from view.
I’ve been swimming for hours.
My strength is leaving me.
The sun is burning me,
making me dizzy.
It’s going black,
my eyes,
are loosing sight,
Not a muscle in my body
wants to move!
I’m not swimming any longer,
No energy is left.
Pain, pain, pain.
Tears streaming down my face,
mixing with its like,
becoming part of the ocean.
Why? Why should I try?!
If i go now, or in a few years,
what does it matter?!
would any body miss me anyways?
maybe.
A wave pulls me down,
into the depth of the ocean,
“stay here, die, become part of me,
no one will see your tears here.
Feel my water surrounding your body,
covering you with my soft blanket”
...motivation,...
...motivation,...
from the middle of nowhere,
for no reason,
...motivation,... .
I take the last energy stored
in this half dead body,
A strong will ,
telling me to get up and live!
without a reason,
telling me to swim.
I manage to drag myself above the waves.
Air!
With the last that’s left of me ,
I swim, in the direction,
I find myself being directed in.
But that was all I had left,
All I had left,
My body slips beneath the waters,
...Sand touches my feet!
I lift my head,
I’m near shore!
I made it!
I stumbled into the shallow waves,
Everything went black,
I fell,
From then on I remember nothing.
Nothing from then on,
has matter,
I’m alive!
It has got me through many hard times,
It’s kept me going.
Going somewhere i don’t even know.
don’t know where this path takes me,
don’t know why I’m taking it.
Just my strong will,
