Impossible to escape.
This gothic void of transmutable matter,
Spelling out spaghetti messages
Letters U N E X P L A I N ED
A dirty plate goes into its dish
Washer. for objects as dense
Black hole, the case.
A child thinks about
Newton's laws of gravity:
Spelling the word
Apple then ate every
Other Letter.
The effort required to leave
The hole becomes infinite.
Objects with mass attract each other
Black, tomato sauce
Peppers the taps flow
“The point of which light
is just barely able to escape”
Moving along tangents
The dishwasher stuck
In it’s flow. A letter blocks
It’s spin. The child reinforced
the words with dried pasta.
Mother squirts the
Accretion Disk saying:
“Gas nearest the event horizon
Forms a disk and, at this short range,
The black hole's gravity is strong.
Compress gases relatively at high densities.”
Governing over matter, energy, space, and time.
Physics in the mind of metaphysical physicists.
She was right
Said to the mummy
As she put away the detergent
In the cupboard of
Infinite possibilities.
The tin of alpha betty
Is a photon sphere.

For some reason this reminds me of a poem I wrote 'Blue Space Ship'; in it I attempt to explain that vastness and minuteness are the same thing. The way you focus on the tiniest details when describing the massive Black Hole says a similar thing to me. This is one of those poems to be read again....and again.
