I Will Always Love You

Standing at the funeral
The only one whose head isn't bowed in prayer

I can't stop staring at the casket
In which my love is buried.

You hated yourself
Everyday of your life.

I was by your side
I gave you my heart...

but you didn't know what to do with it.
"didn't deserve" my love.

So
you were a Juliet.
And I, your Romeo.

Your faded form walks over to me,
In your dead dress.

We embrace, together forever
As shadows

Your blue lips whisper in my ear
"I will always love you"
