i finally feel accepted

I finally feel accepted
I should feel this way at home
yet I cannot
a person should be content at their home
yet I never have been
however I have yet another family
not some one whom I live with
it's here where I make friends
here where i feel accepted
I am who I am
I don't have to act like someone else
it's here where I let all my anger, regret, and worries
It's here where my friends listen to me
and I listen to them
it's here where I do what I love
it's in this band hall where i make music
the beautiful music that lifts my spirits high

Acceptance is something we all crave but in different ways. Your words express that wonderfully.
    Thank you for entering!
    Best of luck to you!

This is off our theme here of lust and its sinful personification. This piece describes emotions and
finding security outside the family. Blue

I am just not sure what your poem has to do with lust. It really shows something else on the emotional spectrum and that is the love towards family and home, nostalgia or something similar, but not fierce sensuality, which provokes the reader.

i feel this could definatly do with a more descriptive tone to it. it lacks color and flare. but dont get me wrong your emotion is very clear to me; but i really don't see the creativeness in trying to express it. but thank you for entering
