I think we all can relate on a certain level in our lives and thats what makes a good poem, something we can read and go ahh ha.
-
I can relate.
I really like this poem. From reading it, my point of view is losing a friend, and wanting them back so much, you can't stop thinking about all the GOOD times you both had. Wonderful!

Thanks for entering. Good luck in my contest and in the New Year. -
Great write
Yes friends are so often closer than family it seems for friends holds our inner most thoughts . Treasured and saved by ones we trust our life to and in return receives love in return

This is probably true about most friends.. but this particular person is really mad at me. Which is what inspired me to write this, but you are so right friends are closer than family for me! They are the ones that I have created the deepest bonds with.

I hope the person I wrote this about is doing ok.

Amazing.
You've expressed so many emotions that i still havent been able to put on paper. I recently lost a friend of mine..she was very young and i dont know what it is about your poem but it made me think of her so much and all the times i used to spend talking with her and laughing with her. Thank you for sharing this poem. I loved it. Keep up the writing, and believe me- there are more people out there that know what you're feeling than you even know.

Oh wow, that's a great use of imagery in this and a good overall flow! Nice poem!
-
I like the references to noting time by revolutions, and spreading it out, mark by mark
. the space gets bigger and they seem to get farther away in reality. nice work. -
an amazing piece many can relate to especially this time of year. nice work...andy

When my subconscience befalls me
We are there again
love these lines. -
WOW!!! What a read this one is! And it can go a lot deeper than just missing an old friend.. It can be said the same thing for a loved one that has passed on. You did a great job on this one! If it had not been spotlighted, I would have sadly missed this one!

A mix of melancholy and sweetness. Dreams can be strongholds in our lives.those we have when we are asleep and those we have when we're awake. we all need dreams. this was very nice, thanx.
