We'll lay black roses on your grave,
even though I never want to say goodbye.
This sad pretense at sanity,
just can't hope to last.
I'd bask in my despair,
and hope for it to kill me.
I trust you not to lie,
just tell me yes or no.
Do I need to buy a funeral dress,
or does it not end in tears?
We'll buy black roses by the dozen,
and pray to let them rot.
