I love deep shades of pink, like in a fairy tale myth
Five is the number that is held dear
“Destiny” by Zero 7 is what I long to hear
Star Wars has long been my choice
and Moonlight, Nick has such a sexy voice
I will sit and have ice tea and salmon grilled
as I celebrate Winter Solstice, fulfilled
For peace I gather at the nearest nature’s hall
and remember childhood memories of tether ball
Now I have just learned to play mahjong
and my first book is coming soon along
I capture memories and read fantasy novels
like “Bite Me If You Can,” I don’t grovel
I went and seen “Hit Man’ and it was exciting
and twenty-four years I have taken to writing.
