Hopping Bunny

Jump along the short track
Little Bunny,
hop hop hop along
and wave to the doves.
Have you hopped
through the ravines
of Mars, Little Bunny?
Have you hopped
through the waters of the Styx?
Have you hopped feet or meters,
Little Bunny, have you hopped out
homosexuality?
Have you hopped
through blue-green doorways,
Little Bunny, have you hopped in October?
Have you hopped through ash forests
of smoldering, hating cinders,
Little Bunny, have you hopped those trees away?
Have you hopped
through A Cappella holy choirs,
forgiven those who don’t forgive?
Have you hopped,
Little Bunny,
through adversity
to reach prejudice’s end?

What’s that, Little Bunny?
You have longer to go?
Then carry us on your back,
Little Bunny, and lets see
how much longer you’ll hop hop hop.

Author notes

I hate this poem, but my teacher liked it *shrug*

I think you could use a few more small little concrete details placed randomly in this one too, and I also think that the "hop hop hop" in the very last line should be cut off to make it's own final line.
