    well, there you go. I'd always seen saffron as the colour of enlightenment, and passion as darker. But I have to think about this now. I like /turning, roving in their own love/ and it seems to me that we are unable to love another if we don't love ourselves. Perhaps I'm missing something here about the need for passion to achieve enlightenment, or the enlightenment that occurs with passion. A pretty pickle.
