for the King's Queen

ay, you have sought to destroyed me
and yet you have invigorated my zeal
you dispatched ruffians to decoy me
while you attack my Queen at will

you are a coward, sub-human
a common dastardly thug
what manner of man attacks a fair maiden
with broadswords and Clubs

i shall avenge her
with every beat of my Heart
every cell in my being
hungers to rip you apart

i shall employ minions
millions, with the blackest of souls
deplete my fortunes
empty my vaults of Diamonds and gold

i will travel upon the Decks
of mercenary vessels
search the oceans and seas
even venture into Satan's own thresholds

even in death
you will have no safe haven
my men will set Spades to your grave
and cast your remains to the ravens

but your soul shall be mine
to torture and taunt
to render asunder
everlasting agony will be your final haunt

your evil deed shall be vindicated
til then the angels shall not sing
this i vow shall come to be
for i am legend, I... Am... KING !!!

I think that ending is a little bit cheesy, and it probably would get a laugh if it was read aloud the way that it is written out. The rest of the poem before that is really good though, and it perfectly balances running too far from the metaphor and being too shallow with it... nice work.
