To you,
I'm another face in the crowd
Another coloured square to fill the space
To you,
I'm the stranger you want to impress
Another set of eyes to watch you grow
To you,
I'm an extra in the film of your life
Another blurry name that you will forget
Does it matter who I really am?
Who can be described in just a few lines?
To you,
My face is always blank but
To you,
I'm always there.
Author notes
I don't think you can summarise an entire person in a single poem. I figure... through YOUR perspective all that matters is who I am to you. I'm a stranger. That's the role I play in your world, and that's the only world you know.

I liked this one a lot
I often feel in a stranger in the lives of others around me. This summed it up well. I like the parts of being an extra in the film of one´s life and being someone that person wants to impress.

Your words do sadden me more than you know!...My dear friend I do not meet strangers only friends...I never forget the ones I love...I am so sorry you feel this way
