The first two sons of Eve, to whom she gave birth,
Named Abel and Cain, one was of Heaven the other Earth.
Now Abel, for his sacrifice, was by God accepted,
And Cain, for his bloodless sacrifice, was rejected.
Therefore, Cain killed Abel because God did this,
And the snake, being satan, let forth a loud hiss.
But God gave another son, name of Enoch, to Eve,
And many other, unamed children, did Eve conceive.

well done!
Your poetry is well thought out, measured, and rings of eternal truths.

Very good. This had a great rhyme scheme, simple but not bad at all. And you clearly expressed what I was looking for in a nice poetic form. Well done.
Thank you for this entry and good luck.
