This Christmas my list would be a simple one.
It would be filled with wishes for those close to me.
Health restored to my Big Sister,
who's been suffering ill health for many years.
Custody of my Grandson returned to my youngest Son,
so he doesn't have to witness his mother's drug abuse.
Continued good health for my Mom,
she is seventy four and still working.
And for my friend in the Netherlands,
may she recieve the love of her husband.
Peace in the heart of my stepson,
who suffers from destructive behavior.
And piece of mind for his father,
who is having issues trying to deal with his son.
And a night off for my special inspiration,
may he have a night's rest, free of on-call.
So for me my list really not for me,
But for those who need a special word.
