As cold and naked as the arms held aloft
I slowly wandered through your avenue
Whilst the misty rain was grey, it's touch was soft
But the sky above you held no tinge of blue
Stripped of all your beauty by the bitter winter burn
You seem to hold such empathy for me
And I pray that when the mellow days return
I will feel the warmth that spring will bring the tree
Please tell me what you think

Leanne, you have been so quiet. That has been our loss. You still have it though, I'll take what I can get. --- Thank you.
