Winter Morning...

Missing image
While
awakening

 from a restful sleep
I got a beautiful view,
it was a wintry day's scene.
I saw snowflakes dancing in the air
falling slowly, taking over my window panes.
Wind-blown leaves fluttering, weaving their descent.

A canopy of crystal covered leaves, branches of trees,

like diamonds, sparkling beautifully under cold wintry skies.

It was, then I realized, the Dawning of Winter.

What a splendorous view.

Good use of form. Well described scence that blends gracefully into the shape of the piece.

You made me fall in love with winter! This was as breath taking in it's imagery as it was amazing in it's form! Loved it from word one! Good luck!
