Sugar Bowl

Today I aksed her why,
And
today, she told me,
her answer was:
SUGAR BOWL.

And I've read the books,
and I know the story.
But it's been awhile.
And, SHOOT,
I can't remember.

So,
I'm stuck here,
Annoyed and ashamed,
and actually,
Pretty depressed,
That I can't even remember,
What the dang sugar bowl does.

The answer to a ton of my problems,
Is right here infront of me,
But the answer's in code,
hiding behind the words,
sugar bowl.

I so depressed that i can't figure this out. I'm not asking you to tell me Heart, just want you to know that i have a clue, but i really don't know.
