Black holes hold everything.
Don't get too close! Or else - Zing!
Into the black you will go,
becoming part of the show.
You'll find yourself swirling,
with other junk that is twirling.
Tossed and turned, and thrown about,
the only thing you want...is out!
Sliding down into the funnel,
you finally see light, through the tunnel.
Moving your arms, as if swimming,
towards the light, darkness dimming.
Squeezing through, with a pop!
Onto the other side, you plop.
Floating suspended in the air,
as if something solid were there.
You have a hard time believing your eyes,
galaxies of articles, fill the skies.
All of the things, that you never found,
are swirling and twirling and dancing around.
Your hairbrush, that new pen, your pet rock!,
remote control, wallet, and one lone sock.
Two mysteries I've solved with this little tour,
black holes eat all that is missing, I'm sure.

And spits them out...the other side...

A lovely light touch added to the contest. Did you happen to see my drivers liscence while you were there? Your idea could be developed further because when you took me to the other side I found myself with an air of eager expectation, wondering what'd be there. You could write some amazing Sci-fi or Fantasy from this beginning.
