I have a bad case of Senioritis
And I can feel it all over.
I feel it in my hands
When they refuse to take notes.
I feel it in my legs
When they won't take me to class.
I feel it in my eyelids
When they won't stay open
Long enough to read a sentence.
I feel it in my ears
When they won't listen to the teachers.
I feel it in my whole body
When I can't get myself out of bed.
I feel it in my mind
When it won't let me think
And it won't let me pay attention.
Get me a doctor, quick!
Get rid of this disease within me
Before life as I know it ends.
Author notes
Well, I don't really have a bad case of Senioritis. I have a pretty mild case, actually. (But it's bad enough that I definately won't read all the chapters for Geography!)
What do you think?
Please tell me what you think

I loved it. I just graduated in May and I am glad it's over. I had a case of it when I was a Senior. I don't know how bad it was though. I think the most interesting class I had was Anatomy because we did some hands one activities which made it a little more interesting.
Keep up the good work.

I like the poem, its great!
&& for the senioritist thing,
my brother went through it, way back when when he was a senior in high school,
so i think you just have to bare through it,
I know not the best advice to give, specailly from a sophomore, but, I hope it helps
