Jesus's blood spilt over holy ground,
Smearing the lives that surrounded him,
Choked at his conviction,
Watching the nails enter forbidding skin,
Hammered through stubborn bones,
Angished pain,
An angel tortured,
At the stake of his love,
What a mistake,
Humanity tested that day,
Sentenced to death by his own,
Stabbed, tortured,
On his deathbed,
Saved his sacred name

This is Beautifully written............
and I enjoyed reading it. I will allow it as Jesus was born of a Jew and it is in his bloodline. It is an interesting way of looking at Jewish persecution with Jesus's crucifiction. Thanks for your entry and good luck in the contest!!!~~Toni~~ -
Thank you for entering my contest.
o.o Um well, i guess it fits...I suppose on Jesus's b-day, as the main of the Holiday season, we should remember his death XD
