I listen to the
leaves as they
crackle underfoot
and chitter-chatter
with the wind
I study desolate
places and
my heart swells
with pride
as I witness
the tenacity
of the soul
I look deep within
my heart
and sometimes
it's as if a
voice whispers
softly in my
ear
and then the
words flow...
