The dead pool (collab with Arumdamour)

Missing image
Deceit...

Laughter everyday all around me
Children would delight being with me.
Grownups would secretly fantasize
Of some sensual intimate games…

Into me they would dive…
Sometimes it’s more than their body.
I would always soothe their weary
Lives, muscles and mind…

Then, all of a sudden, silence
Children would delight in other games
Grown~ups have let go of fleeting dreams
For deeper rapids, in their glasses…

But wait….is that a crystal laugh I hear?
Is that a dream someone would lay on me?
In the dark and silence, things can deceive…
Just another leaf…falling…floating…~

When reading your imaginative and sentimental words I feel the pool tells the story of our lives... sooner or later every combination of matter is subject to decay, such is the rule of the laws of physics. But there are also (un)matters that are immune to any rule. Memories are among our immortal companions in space and time, as the pool or its visitors have. Thank you for creating and sharing.

Awww, the poor pool How lonely it must be. If I had it I would clean it up all pretty
and swim in it everyday and bathe in the sun and make it all happy again hehehe
Great write you too! What a pic LOL yikes, I feel bad for it.

This was quite amazing....Sad too, to envision this dead pool and its memories of what "used to be"

Wonderful picture and even this is very sad. Snapshot of happy times gone by, tagged with despair.

    Really well done colab...
    my best to you..

A wonderful job you both did. The picture is indeed inspiring, I don't think I have ever felt compassion for a pool before (until now) Very well done. Gypsy

That picture is truly one of a kind Joe!
I still can't get over the trees out where you live Jo Jo
with all the growth of leaves that climb up on the trunk and branches of the trees.. they are very mystical
and a little creepy too! LOL
Sarah's words went perfect with this picture
She gave this old abandon pool life once again!

A wonderful job on this collab Joe and Sarah!

    Much Love Always ~~Mina xOx
